The design and technical structure of our website are based on the website builder "Framer". The provider of this service is Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Even though our website is hosted by Ionos, the use of Framer-specific functionalities and elements may result in data being transferred to Framer's servers, including in the USA. According to the current case law of the European Court of Justice, the USA does not offer a level of data protection comparable to that of the EU. This can entail risks for users, as the protection of personal data by US authorities may not be guaranteed to the same extent.

To nevertheless enable a data transfer compliant with data protection regulations, the data transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the EU Commission in accordance with Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. Through these clauses, Framer commits to ensuring a European level of data protection when processing data in third countries.

The use of Framer is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in an appealing and professional presentation of our online presence.

a) Description and Scope of Data Processing
A contact form is available on our website, which can be used for electronic contact. If a user takes advantage of this option, the data entered in the input mask (name, email, topic, message) is transmitted to us and stored. This data is sent to the email address {EMAIL ADDRESS FOR CONTACT REQUESTS}.

Alternatively, contact can be made via the provided email address. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the email will be stored. In this context, there is no transfer of data to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.

b) Legal Basis for Data Processing
The legal basis for processing the data is the user's consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The legal basis for processing data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If the email contact aims at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

The processing of personal data from the input mask serves us solely to process the contact request. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended.
